About the Farm:
Bernardo is the third coffee producer generation of the Solano family. Since he was a child he worked at the farm along with his father, which helped him decide to major in agronomy. In 1988, Bernardo, took charge of the 21 hectares that he inherit from his father.
Concepcion Buena Vista is located in the Atlantic basin, which brings many benefits to coffee areas. The basin allows the warm air of the Motagua River to blow over the coffee trees in the farm, which protects the plants from the fungus that grows in high altitudes.
"We care about the environment and quality. Everything that we are doing at the farm is focused on protecting the environment as much as we can and producing high quality coffee."
